Going Flat Fashions
Scientific studies have shown that knitting can help you cope with mental and physical health challenges. I am a big believer that knitting not only brings you joy, but that it has physical and mental health benefits too. I know for me personally, that it has been a big part of my recovery from breast cancer. Some of the proven benefits include: reduced depression and anxiety, distraction from chronic pain, increased sense of well-being, recovery from trauma, and reduced loneliness and isolation.
I would like to share the gift of knitting, and invite you to knit along with me! This class will teach you how to make a simple cowl scarf to wear or give as a gift! And hopefully it will inspire you to continue knitting and exploring all of the fun and benefit of this beautiful craft!
